Management Company In Huntley in Trouble

We received a call from a management company located in Huntley because we came highly recommended by the Huntley Chamber of Commerce. There were several office/warehouse suites that were affected by an ice blockage in the main water line caused clean water backup into them. We quickly responded to the call sending the available crews to the loss. Once onsite we explained to property management manager what the process was to restore the three units affect in detail to preloss condition following the IICRC guidelines. We extracted, move furniture, and placed drying equipment. All the units were dried within 3 days without disturbing to operations of the companies involved, because of this all parties were happy.
