Sewage Backup

This happened at a private home in Southern McHenry County, where their sewer line backed up into the basement. It happened over the weekend, so by the time we got there most of it was dried up. It took us about two days to suck up the remaining water, then fully clean, remove the contaminated contents and then disinfect everything. When we did the final inspection/walk through I asked if we met his expectations, and the customer said "I'm 100% satisfied."
