Overwhelmed Sump Pump Failed

There was so much rain coming down that was overwhelming the sump pumps. This home in Lake in the Hills had their overwhelmed and then failed. There were some coverage issues and we had to work with the insurance, insurance company and insured to get this done. We had started the job removed the carpet, pad, and laminate flooring. Once this was done we had to setup drying equipment to dry the basement area. The insured commented that he was so glad SERVPRO was there and that his agent had recommended us. We got the insured through everything quickly, professionally, and with understanding.
