Upstairs Sink Overflow Cause Kitchen Damage In a Lake in the Hills Home

This Lake in The Hills home experienced a water damage when the upstairs bathroom sink overflowed onto the floor and ceiling of the kitchen below.  American Family Commercial Insurance called SERVPRO of Southern McHenry County to do the water mitigation and reconstruction. During the reconstruction we had a problem with replacement floor. The width of the floor was not available through the normal flooring store. Our specialized flooring company was able to the flooring in the correct width and it was a better flooring then the customer had at the same price. This does not happen all the time. The customer was happy and the floor was a perfect match with the old flooring. From the pictures it was truly a "Like it never even happened." moment.
