This is a picture of our retention pond in front of our office. It is normally green grass. The pond has not drained out at all over the last 3 days. When these retention ponds fill there is going to have water backup in the houses and businesses.

This Rockford, IL home flooded when the area received a large amount of rain in a short time. The sump pump got overwhelmed and could not keep up with the amount of water that was coming in. As you can see, water started crawling up the walls. Contents were affected by the water.
